Debasri Ghosh

Interim Development Director

Debasri Ghosh (she/her) brings nearly two decades of experience in organizational leadership, program development, and social movement resourcing. She believes in philanthropic development as a practice of love and solidarity, as well as a powerful tool for organizing. Debasri most recently served as the Managing Director of the National Network of Abortion Funds, working at the intersection of community care, philanthropy, and liberatory systems design. She is a member of the Rockwood Leadership Institute's inaugural Resource Leaders fellowship and has been recognized as a visionary leader by the Valentine Foundation. She is most at home in deep conversation, sharing a meal, and swimming in the ocean. Debasri is an alumna of Sarah Lawrence College, a child of Bengali immigrants, and a mother of two sons. She lives in South Philadelphia with her family.
