Sierra Harris (she/her) is the co-founder and co-owner of Goldenrod Collaborative- a consulting organization that supports social justice non-profits in program design, organizational development, and creating processes that foster strategic clarity, deepened relationships, and transformative practice. She most recently was the Deputy Director of Network Strategies at the National Network of Abortion Funds and the former Co-Executive Director at ACCESS REPRODUCTIVE JUSTICE in Oakland, CA. Throughout Sierra’s 13 years in movement work and leading organizations, she has developed expertise in change management, participatory process, user centered design, and organizational scaling and systems. Sierra is the mother of an energetic 6 year old and a curious 2 year old. She lives with them, her partner, and her two dogs in Oakland, CA.
