Operations Manager

Elizabeth Pham (she/her) is an immigrant feminist who believes in the power of healing that comes from our natural resources and energy in all its forms. She tries to live into the embodied self while working towards collective liberation so we can all feel an abundance of energy to thrive in our lives.

Leveraging process and systems improvements to support organizational development has been her career focus spanning the nonprofit, philanthropic, education and government sectors.  She brings this deep relational approach to change processes to support TEI’s operational strategies and evolve its operational practices to meet the needs of the moment. You may find her dancing under the summer sky or in her living room in winter. When not making nourishing meals at home, she is out processing with friends over dim sum and will travel distances for food that endures in her memory.
